Shipping Policy:

When Do We Ship:
In-stock items will ship within 6 to 10 days of placing an order unless a special request is made. FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx 2Day® shipping is available by special request. If ordering more than one item, every attempt will be made to ship the items in the same package, if unable to do so, you will be charged individual shipping charges for each item.

 

Where Do We Ship:
We ship orders in the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico. International customers, please contact us via email at customerservice@bonillaltd.com or via the contact us page prior to placing an order. Some products may not be able to be shipped to international destinations.

How Do We Ship:
All of our orders are shipped via FedEx Ground®. FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx 2Day® are available upon special request. Please contact us via email at customerservice@bonillaltd.com or via the contact us page if you require your items to be shipped FedEx Standard Overnight® or FedEx 2Day®. Once your request is received, we will confirm with the manufacture the item's immediate availability for shipping and inform you via email. All requests for FedEx Standard Overnight® and FedEx 2Day® must be made prior to 12:00 P.M. Pacific Time to meet shipper's time requirements.

How Can You Track Your Orders:
Once your order has been shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with your tracking number to track your order on-line.

Free Shipping Promotion Offers:
Free shipping promotion only applies to orders with a ship to address within the continental United States.

Return & Cancellation Policy:

All Items are non-refundable by the designer. If you find an item(s) to be defective and want to exchange it for the same item(s), you must contact us within three (3) days of receiving your item(s). An RMA Number must be established prior to returning the defective item(s) for exchange. If you send an item back to us without establishing an RMA Number, you will be responsible of the costs we incur plus a fee of 5%. For defective item(s), we will be responsible for all ground shipping costs to exchange the item(s), excluding furniture and item(s) above 15 lbs. If you wish to expedite shipping time for the defective item(s) you are exchanging, you may choose to ship and receive the item(s) next day or second day at your expense. Some designers will allow you to exchange your item(s) for a different one from their own collection as long as you contact us within three (3) days of receiving your item(s) and the item(s) you will be exchanging has not been damaged, soiled, worn and in its original condition/packaging. If you choose to exchange an item(s), you will be responsible for all shipping costs and the item(s) you are exchanging for must be of equal or higher value than the original. A re-stocking fee may be imposed by the manufacturer.

Some of our items are custom made, special order or made to order, these items can not be returned nor exchanged. If you choose to cancel a custom made, special order or made to order item(s), you must do so within three (3) days of placing your order to avoid a 30% cancellation fee. Items not custom made, special order or made to order may be cancelled prior to shipping. If cancelled after the item(s) has shipped, all shipping costs plus a cancellation fee of 10% will be charged.
